Refund policy
At Daffodil Dreamz, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and hand-finished. Many of our products involve custom hand-painting, artisanal work, and made-to-order processes, which makes each item unique and personal.
Because of this craftsmanship and customization, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.
When We Can Help
We truly care about your experience and stand behind the quality of our work. If your product arrives:
✔ damaged in transit
or
✔ incorrect due to an error on our part
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at dreamzdaffodil@gmail.com with:
— Order number
— Description of the issue
— Photographs of the item received
Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement or repair depending on the nature of the issue.
Color & Handmade Variations
Due to the hand-painted nature of our textiles, slight variations in color, brush strokes, and detailing are part of the artwork. These natural variations are not considered defects and enhance the individuality of each piece.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun due to the customised, hand-crafted nature of our products.
If you wish to cancel, please reach out within 4 hours of placing your order. For cancellations made within this period, 50% of the order value will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
After 4 hours, cancellations are not possible as work on the piece would have already commenced.
